I’m a health coach, group fitness coach, and personal trainer.
You’ll usually find me teaching classes at Farm Girl Fitness and spending a lot of time around movement, strength, and training.
I’ve been in the health and wellness space for over 10 years, working with women around food, weight loss, and strength training, and my perspective on that has shifted over time.
These days, I’m more interested in how food and training actually work day to day without overcomplicating things or trying to follow something perfectly.
That shows up here in a simple way through recipes, ideas, and things I’m trying myself.
