I’m a Women’s Health Coach, and I work with women over 40 who are tired of dieting and ready for a different approach.
I know what it feels like to keep chasing the next program, hoping this one will finally be the answer, only to end up back in the same cycle of rules, guilt, and starting over.
I’ve spent whole days thinking about food, what I ate, what I “shouldn’t” eat, and how I’d need to “make up for it” later. I remember the guilt of finishing a meal and immediately second-guessing if I had done something wrong. And I remember the frustration of starting yet another program, only to feel like I had failed when it didn’t last.
For years, while working as a health coach, the programs I provided to clients looked a lot like diets. Many women initially lost weight, but often ended up regaining what they had lost and sometimes even more. Deep down, I knew these plans weren’t helping women build the lasting changes they truly wanted. That realization is what pushed me to shift my whole approach.
Now, instead of handing you a plan or telling you what you “should” eat, I help you reconnect with your body, ease the pressure around food, and create ways of caring for yourself that actually feel good and fit your lifestyle.
How I Got Here
My own turning point came when I realized how much energy dieting was stealing from me, the constant calculations, the fear of slipping up, the endless “start again Monday” loop. Once I stepped away from that mindset, I found something better: peace with food, trust in my body, and freedom from the noise of diet culture.
And that’s what I want for you, too. My coaching is about meeting you where you are, providing you with the tools and support you need, and helping you feel confident in your choices without another diet ever again.
