Blueberry Overnight Oats

This overnight oat recipe couldn’t be any easier!

You simply toss the ingredients into a mason jar or reusable container, mix it up, and let it sit overnight in the fridge.

Feel free to use different fruits or nuts to change up the ingredients. 

You also can stir in protein powder right before serving if you want; you may need to add more liquid. 

Blueberry Overnight Oats

(Makes 1 serving)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk of choice
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 2 tbsp non-dairy yogurt 
  • 1 tbsp raw chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
  • One scoop of your favourite protein powder (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine oats, milk, salt, and blueberries in a mason jar. Cover tight and mix well before refrigerating overnight.
  2. In the morning, stir in the yogurt, walnuts, maple syrup or raw honey and protein powder if using. 

 So good!
