Mexican Grilled Corn

If you have never tried grilled corn on the cob, you are in for a real treat.  

This grilled corn recipe is sweet, salty, spicy, and just plain delicious. 

It takes a bit of time to grill the corn, but it is worth the effort. 

Mexican Grilled Corn

(1 serving = 1 ear)

Ingredients: 

● Corn (still on the cob)
● Olive oil
● Fresh lime juice
● Ground sea salt
● Cayenne pepper

Directions: 

1. Preheat your grill to medium. Remove the husk and silk from the corn, and brush each ear with olive oil.

2. Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning the corn every few minutes to ensure even cooking.

3. Sprinkle with lime juice, sea salt, and cayenne pepper to taste and enjoy!
