I’m not just making small changes, I’m rethinking everything
For a while now, I’ve felt something shifting, not all at once, not with a plan in hand, but steadily. Like something that once fit no longer does.
I’ve been sitting with a deeper question:
What do I actually believe about health, food, and what it means to support someone?
And does the way I work still reflect that?
Some of it still does.
But if I’m honest, a lot of it needs to change.
What alignment looks like now
This isn’t just a messaging tweak.
It’s not about softening language or tweaking a tagline.
It’s a re-evaluation of what I want to stand for and what I no longer want to carry forward.
For me, alignment means coaching in a way that feels respectful, flexible, and honest for the women I work with and for myself.
And that means moving away from:
- Prescribed food rules that create guilt when life doesn’t line up
- Programs that prioritize compliance over curiosity
- The pressure to chase an “ideal” that often leads to burnout or disconnection
- The belief that doing everything “right” will lead to the “right” body
I no longer want to treat health like a checklist or a fix-it project.
I want to help women reconnect with themselves and learn to trust their own rhythms again.
What I’m moving toward
I still care deeply about helping women feel better in their bodies.
That hasn’t changed.
But I’m reimagining how I do that in a way that reflects more trust, more flexibility, and more space to be human.
I want to talk more about:
- Body trust, not just body change
- Support that adapts, not one-size-fits-all systems
- What it looks like to feel strong and clear-headed without perfection
- Health as a relationship, not a project to manage
You may start to notice a shift in what I share.
And if you’ve been feeling disconnected from “wellness culture” too, I hope it resonates.
What this means for you (and for me)
If you’ve worked with me before or you’re currently working with me, this isn’t about throwing everything out.
Structure can be helpful.
Guidance can be grounding.
But how we get there and what we expect along the way is changing.
You’ll probably notice:
- Less focus on strict frameworks
- More support around body awareness and sustainable habits
- More permission to experiment, to pause, to adjust
- Fewer “shoulds” — and more space to ask: *What’s working for me right now?*
And if you’re in the middle of your own shift, wondering why the usual approaches aren’t working, or why they never felt quite right, you’re not alone.
This is the start of something new
You’ll see changes.
Some subtle. Some bigger.
In how I coach.
In how I talk about health.
In how I build support for the women in this space.
I don’t have a big launch planned.
I’m not rushing to replace everything.
But I am letting go of what no longer fits and making room for something better.
Something more grounded.
More flexible.
More real.
If any of this hits home, I’m glad you’re here.
And if it doesn’t yet, that’s okay too. We’re all on our own timeline.
Thanks for reading.
Thanks for being part of this with me.
